Founded in 2018, Helena Dumont, LP is a holding company based in The Woodlands, Texas, with passive and active investments across numerous asset classes and industries. In 2021, the company established HD Management to provide outsourced accounting, treasury management, and ERP services to all actively managed investments within the Helena Dumont, LP portfolio.
The company is a continuation of work begun by Jon Dewey Kingsley, Sr., who founded Kingsley Constructors, Inc. in 1976. Decades later, his son Adam established Helena Dumont, LP, its name a compound of Kingsley’s parents’ first names. Today, Robert Adam Britt serves as the CEO of Helena Dumont, LP and acting President across all of its subsidiaries.
