Helena Dumont Acquires Specialty Metal Products d/b/a SMP Supply

Helena Dumont, LP (“Helena Dumont”), a private investment platform based in The Woodlands, Texas, today announced that it has acquired Specialty Metal Products, LLC, doing business as SMP Supply (“SMP Supply” or the “Company”), a distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, and flanges (PVF) headquartered in Houston, Texas. The transaction closed on October 19, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
